Your privacy is important to divePRO. Depending on where you reside, you may have rights under applicable laws, subject to conditions and restrictions provided in those laws.
Regardless of where you reside, you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data (including deleting your entire divePRO account) by visiting our Account Management Center.

Residents of the EEA, U.K., or Switzerland
- You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, data portability, restriction of processing of your personal data, the right to object to processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Depending on your request, we may require you to take steps to verify your identity, such as requiring you to log in to your account or, in the event an authorized agent makes the request on your behalf, we may provide you with instructions on how to confirm the agent's authorization.
